We are the only destination of its kind between Houston and Lafayette. We offer over 21,000 square feet encompassing three floors of a historical building in the heart of downtown Lake Charles! The Children’s Museum provides an educational and fun environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and social skills through hands on programs and exhibits. The continued success of the museum has been a remarkable journey. Over the years, the museum has become a stimulating and educational place to learn, play and grow for thousands of children and families throughout Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas. With the support of the community, we will be here to serve future generations. Because it benefits children and their families and they care. It affects the community as a whole. Children are our future and their development plays a critical role in how the community develops. The museum also brings families and the community together.
